AIR TRAVEL
All flights will be booked through Unbridled Travel. You will enter your travel preferences during the registration process.
All travel dates and times will be based on the event travel parameters. Please plan to arrive into Portland International Airport (PDX) by 3:00 PM on Monday, August 25 and depart on flights after 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 28.
Unbridled Travel will email a proposed flight itinerary to you within 3-5 business days of successfully submitting your online registration. You will have 24 hours from receipt of the itinerary to approve your flight schedule; otherwise, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
If you have hotel extension dates pending approval, Unbridled Travel will send you a proposed itinerary once you have received confirmation that your extension dates have been approved.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Group transportation shuttles to and from the Surfsand Resort will be provided on Monday, August 25 and Thursday, August 28.
Please note, if you are planning to extend your stay, you will need to arrange your own transportation at your own expense.
PARKING
The Surfsand Resort offers free parking to guests. When you arrive at the hotel, go to the front desk, and hotel staff will provide direction on where to park and the available lots.
